Killthelogo, die aus ehemaligen Mitgliedern von Facedown und .Calibre gegründet wurden, veröffentlichen ihr DebütAlbum Reset digital am 26. November 2021 und auf CD6 LP am 04. Februar 2022 auf [PIAS] Recordings. Buy More Sh!t ist die erste Auskopplung aus dem Album. Die Band selbst sagt folgendes über das Video:
„This song was totally inspired on a comedy piece by comedian Ronny Chieng in his show ‘Asian Comedian Destroys America’. In some of the sections Ronny talks about our entitlement to instant service and our absolute surrender to the driving forces of the market. “Place it in my hand, before I know I need it.” That is brilliant!“
