Bei Lagwagon hatte man die letzten Jahre das Gefühl, dass die Band nonstop auf Tour ist. Da dies aufgrund der aktuellen Situation leider nicht möglich ist, grüßen die Mannen um Frontmann Joey Cape, nun mit einem Video des Songs Surviving California, aus der Quarantäne. Dieses könnt ihr euch am Beitragsende ansehen. Dazu schrieb die Band noch folgendes:
We made a quarantine video!!!!! Its actually only been 3 months in the making so we’re definitely kickin ass and making good time.
Anyhow, started this video end of march after we got home from Australia and needless to say ran into more than a few obstacles. (We’re not quite cutting edge when it comes to technologically, I know, hard to believe.) At any rate, with some seriously amazing and generous help from our pal @kyesmith_ we got the tools to make this video. Its not spectacular by any stretch and at this point people are making super badass quarantine vids ,but hopefully we can get better at it for future vids. Slow learners. Anyhow ,hope you’re all safe and doing well and really can’t wait to get back out and play for ya’s

Im Oktober vergangenen Jahres veröffentlichte die Band ihr zehntes Studioalbum Railer. Was Sänger Joey Cape zum neuen Longplayer zu sagen hatte, findet ihr in unserem Interview, das wir mit ihm führen konnten.
Um die in diesem Jahr ausgefallenen Shows nachzuholen, kommen Lagwagon im Sommer 2021 gleich zweimal über den Teich, um uns einen Besuch abzustatten.
Während bei der ersten Tour im Juni Shows mit MakeWar und Good Riddance anstehen, wird die Punk-Rock-Band bei den einzelnen Terminen ab Ende Juli von The Adolescents, Bad Religion und Strung Out begleitet. Hier die Stationen der Tour:
